After a career in public television with TPT in St. Paul, I returned to my life-long hobby, photography, rooted in my father’s studio and darkroom. Landscape photography sustained me for a few years, but I found that the most rewarding subjects for me are people interacting with their world and with others. Most recently I began photographing artists: sculptors at work or actors onstage, pro-bono. Through photography, I hope to share and promote their artistry, at a time when we need the arts more than ever.
